I’m a one man show, hand crafting each holster from scratch, its not an imported product so its taking much longer to process everything as orders come in 24-7 but my shop is only operating during the week, Monday to Friday.

All items have a 7 day money back guarantee, minus postage fees if item is undamaged. (7 days from date of receiving order) EXCEPT in the following 2 scenarios: CUSTOM printed holsters will be refunded minus the costs of the custom print and other color panels selected and LEFT hand holsters will have a 50% refund as they typically have no resale value and are thus not covered by this guarantee. SO PLS DOUBLE CHECK THIS.

PLEASE make sure you choose the correct designation for shipping type, city or off-grid. If youre not sure you always msg me to check. If for example you chose city but your destination is off-grid, there will be extra charges payable for shipping. I can also do PUDO. When choosing PUDO pls remember to add the actual Pudo locker’s name in the comment section on the checkout page, if you fail to add the LOCKER NAME, I will send to whichever Locker is located near that area

Any cracked or broken panels can be replaced, the holster just need to get to my shop. Replacement panels are R300 each, this is just cost price, no labour is charged and typically I try to get these done ASAP but current work load makes it challenging

Existing customers who reside in the Cape, can always pop into my shop if they experience any issues. I can gladly help anyone out of town, its just a matter of shipping the holster to my shop. Usually, issues can be resolved over whatsapp, so dont hesitate to send me a message.

In the unfortunate event of an item getting lost during shipping, I cannot be held responsible to replace that item. A full investigation will usually be done to try and locate the missing item or items. We can settle on a 50% refund or a 50% repayment of lost item to replace it.

If any other issues arise, Im always just a whatsapp away. Pls dont try to call, my phone is permanently set to silent, so I wont hear it ring unless Im looking at my phone. I have strict no phone call policy when Im in the shop for safety reasons. Texting is so much easier and more convenient to review later, to get correct information.
